CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

BY SABORES & STITCHES

By making a reservation with Sabores & Stitches, the client fully agrees to the following terms and conditions related to cancellations, changes, and refunds, in accordance with the applicable laws of the State of California, United States.

1. CUSTOMER CANCELLATIONS

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more prior to the scheduled tour date and time are eligible for:
    • Full refund, or
    • Credit for a future booking, at the client’s choice.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Customers who do not show up on the day of the tour (no-show) will forfeit 100% of the total reservation amount, with no right to a refund or credit.

2. PAYMENTS AND AUTOMATIC CHARGES

  • At the time of booking, 50% is charged. Then, 48 hours before the booking, the remaining balance will be charged using the same payment method.
  • By completing the reservation, the client expressly authorizes Sabores & Stitches to securely store their payment method and process the automatic charge for the remaining balance.
  • All payments are processed through secure payment platforms that comply with current United States security regulations.

3. OPERATOR CANCELLATIONS

In the event that Sabores & Stitches cancels the tour due to:

  • Adverse weather conditions,
  • Safety concerns, or
  • Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control,

The client will be entitled to:

  • A full refund, or
  • Credit to reschedule the tour for a future date, subject to availability.

4. CHANGES AND RESCHEDULING

  • Clients may reschedule their booking online within the limits established by this policy.
  • Requests for changes or cancellations outside the established timeframes must be made by phone only and will be subject to review and approval.
  • Prices may vary depending on the date, season, and availability at the time of rebooking.

5. POLICY ACCEPTANCE

By completing a reservation and making a payment on our website, the client confirms that they have read, fully understood, and accepted this cancellation and refund policy.

This policy is mandatory and applies to all reservations made through our website.

6. APPLICABLE LAW

This policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
